Many common foods, found in most homes, can be harmful to your cat or dog. Foods that are perfectly safe for humans can be harmful or possibly deadly to your pet. To be safe keep the following food items off the menu:

-grapes
-raisins
-onions
-chocolate
-garlic
-gum, candy or breath fresheners ( containing the sweetener xylitol )
-macadamia nuts
-alcoholic beverages
-avocado
-yeast dough

-tea
-salt
